All the projects taking part were linked to the Colour & Trim field, which deals with the design of colours, materials and textures for vehicle decor. There was a prize fund of €15,000 for the winners of this year’s competition. A total of 93 projects were put forward from countries such as France, Holland, Italy, Germany, Spain, China, India, Brazil and the USA. The prize-giving ceremony took place on 6 September at the Automotive Intelligence Center in Zornotza (Bizkaia) and was attended by Imanol Pradales, the Director of Economic Development from the Provincial Government of Bizkaia; Txema Gisasola, President of MONDRAGON Corporation; and Jean Pierre Ploué, Design Manager from the Peugeot-Citroen Group, among others.
